White Peach Basil Shrub


2 Tbsp (1 oz.) Torani Puremade White Peach Syrup

1 tsp. white balsamic vinegar

2 basil leaves, torn

1 cup (8 oz.) Sparkling water

1 basil sprig


Muddle torn basil leaves in White Peach Syrup and vinegar in mixing glass. Add ice and top with sparkling water. Roll into tall glass and garnish with basil sprig.
