Torani uses sucralose and acesulfame potassium (aka Ace-K) to add sweetness to Torani Sugar Free Syrups
None of the “Big 9” allergens (dairy, eggs, fish, peanuts, shellfish, sesame, soy, tree nuts, wheat) are used as ingredients. However, some natural flavors may contain protein compounds that are derived from sources that contain allergens.

Yes! All Torani bottles are recyclable. That goes for glass, PET, and anything else.
Torani offers several varieties within flavor families. Each flavor is distinctive and delicious. Head to our blog to find the flavor that is right for you.

Torani’s fruit flavored syrups contain similar acids as those found in real fruit, which can cause milk to curdle. While this may not look great, it is a natural occurrence and does not affect the flavor. A popular technique in coffeehouses is to add Torani Syrup to the coffee first, and then pour the milk. The coffee dilutes the acidity of the syrup so the milk can remain creamy good. Don’t have time for a chemistry lesson? Then try one of Torani’s Dairy Friendly Fruit flavors like Orange, Red Raspberry, Sugar Free Red Raspberry, Blue Raspberry or Sugar Free Blue Raspberry in your milk based drinks. We’ve reduced the acidity for you, so you can just pour and mix however you’d like.
Our Original Syrups and our Puremade Syrups use Pure Cane Sugar.

Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within California.
No sales tax is charged on food items. If an item is a combination of a non-taxable food item and a taxable non-food item, then California state law requires that we collect a prorated tax based on the ratio of the value of the food item and the non-food item.
The final confirmation page displayed when you order shows the sales tax we will charge on your order.

You can keep an open container for 4 weeks. After that, the product quality may begin to decline.
There is a Best By Data printed on the neck of every bottle. We guarantee the quality and freshness by that date regardless when the bottle is opened.
Torani Flavored Syrups and Sauces do not need to be refrigerated. They should be stored between 35°F and 85°F.

For sauces and Frozen Coffee Blends, the recommended shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture. For Puree Blends, the recommended shelf life is two years from the manufacture date.
The shelf life of our regular syrup in glass bottles is three years from the date of manufacture. The shelf life of sugar free products is two years from that date. And, for any Torani Syrups in plastic (PET) bottles, the shelf life is two years.
We know you are eager to receive your order. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment. You can also track the status of your shipment from Your Account.
Orders are shipped via FedEx and other premium carriers for the 48 contiguous states and via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail for Alaska and Hawaii.

Free shipping policy
You will receive free shipping on all orders over $59. Alaska and Hawaii surcharges and fees still apply. Taxes, shipping and other charges do not apply to minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to one address.
Fast 1-3 day delivery to contiguous U.S.
When you order by the cutoff time Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays), most orders will ship that same day and you will receive it in 1 to 3 business days depending on your ZIP Code. Check out our ZIP Code delivery time tool to find your delivery time. Note that the cutoff time is in the time zone of the order's destination.

Orders held because items are out of stock. On infrequent occasions, we may be out of stock in your region’s warehouse. In this case your order may take longer as we await product or ship from an alternate warehouse if available. We will contact you if this happens.

What if you’re not home?
The delivery driver will use her discretion as to whether she will require a signature or if she will leave the package at the door, with a building manager, or with a neighbor. If the delivery driver does determine that she needs a signature, then she will make several attempts to secure one.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Standard delivery to these addresses is available for an extra charge of $15.00. Orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and therefore P.O. Boxes are acceptable.
NOTE: Heavy Orders (orders over 60 lbs.) shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may require an overweight surcharge in addition to the regular $15.00 surcharge. We will contact you prior to shipping if any additional surcharge is required.

Please return items as soon as possible.
Write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip.

A credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by Torani or WorldPantry.com®.
Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.
