Why does my milk sometimes curdle when adding some fruit flavored syrups?

Torani’s fruit flavored syrups contain similar acids as those found in real fruit, which can cause milk to curdle. While this may not look great, it is a natural occurrence and does not affect the flavor. A popular technique in coffeehouses is to add Torani Syrup to the coffee first, and then pour the milk. The coffee dilutes the acidity of the syrup so the milk can remain creamy good. Don’t have time for a chemistry lesson? Then try one of Torani’s Dairy Friendly Fruit flavors like Orange, Red Raspberry, Sugar Free Red Raspberry, Blue Raspberry or Sugar Free Blue Raspberry in your milk based drinks. We’ve reduced the acidity for you, so you can just pour and mix however you’d like.

Subscription Policies, Management, and Cancellation

When you set up a subscription, you're agreeing to recurring purchases at the frequency you set. The cost of your subscription might change based on fluctuations in product or delivery pricing.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.

Your subscription will auto-renew until you choose to pause or cancel the subscription. You can pause or cancel your subscription by visiting your account page, clicking "Manage Subscription", choosing the subscription you'd like to pause or cancel, and clicking "Cancel Subscription." You can then choose to either pause or cancel. You can also cancel by calling          855-686-7264. You can pause or cancel up to 24 hours before your next shipment.

Making changes to your subscription

Pausing, canceling or scheduling your next subscription is simple! Follow these steps:

 

Skip

1.  Log into Your Account (You may need to reset your password, if you haven't already).

2.  Navigate to My Product Subscriptions on the left hand side. 

3. Click Skip on the subscription product you'd like to modify.

4. You'll be prompted to select your next delivery date that will restart  subscription. Configure as desired.

 

Pause

1. Select Stop. You will be prompted to either pause or stop your subscription.

 

2. If you select Pause, to start your subscription again you'll log back in and select Restart. You'll see messaging that your subscription item is on pause.

Cancel/Stop

1. Click Stop  and confirm by selecting Cancel Subscription.

2. Subscription product will be removed from your active subscriptions list.

 

Updating payment information on your subscription

We've recently updated our site! To avoid interruption in your subscription, you must add a credit card to your account and then assign it to your subscriptions. You can follow these steps:

 

1. Log into Your Account

2.  In the My Credit Cards section, click on Add New Card.

3. Once card is saved successfully, click on the My Product Subscriptions tab. Then, click and expands Payment & Shipping

4. Under Payment Method, select Change to assign your saved card.

5. You should now see your card of choice assigned. From here you can also set your next subscriptin delivery, subscription interval or pause and skip your subscription!

Delivery to Contiguous U.S.
When you order by the cutoff time Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays), most orders will ship that same day. Check out our ZIP Code delivery time tool to find your delivery time. Note that the cutoff time is in the time zone of the order's destination.

Some circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery:

  • Credit card payment issue
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • FedEx or other premium carrier circumstances (severe weather, etc.)

What if you are not home? The delivery driver will use their discretion as to whether she will require a signature or if she will leave the package at the door, with a building manager, or with a neighbor. If the delivery driver does determine that she needs a signature, then she will make several attempts to secure one.

How to Return an Item

  • Please return items as soon as possible. Returns must be made within 90 days of purchase to be eligible for our Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • You can call us at 855-686-7264 or initiate a return in "My Account" > My Orders > click View Order for order # you want to return > click Return at top left > enter relelvant information and submit to initiate return
    • Once you receive return authorization you will need to print the form and include it in your return package
    • Enclose the slip in the carton and wrap the package securely.
