This form is to be used by individuals, consumers or California residents who wish to opt-out of the sale of the consumer’s personal information Torani, Inc. and/or its affiliates or subsidiaries is holding or is processing that relates to that individual.
This form should be used and considered as a “verifiable consumer request” as defined in section 1798.140 of the CCPA.
