Double Platinum Paloma


7 1/2 ounces (5 shots) blanco tequila

5 Tbsp (2 1/2 oz) Torani Ginger Lemongrass Syrup

5 Tbsp (2 1/2 oz) Torani Ruby Red Grapefruit Syrup

7.5 Tbsp (3 3/4 oz) lime juice

3 Tbsp (1 shot) Aperol


Combine all ingredients, except the soda water, in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a Collins glass over ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a grapefruit peel.
