Belgian Cookie Quick Bread


1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 cup Torani Sugar Free Belgian Cookie Syrup

1 egg

½ cup granulated sugar

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

½ tsp. baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix together all ingredients until just combined and pour into a greased 8-inch loaf pan
Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 35-40 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes in pan, then turn out of pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.

For different flavors of bread, replace the Torani Sugar Free Belgian Cookie Syrup with Lemon, Almond, or any of your other favorite Torani Syrups!
