Pumpkin Spice Bread

  • 1 1/4 cup Torani Pumpkin Spice Syrup
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can (16oz) solid pack pumpkin
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease (3) 9”x 5” x 3”loaf pan, then dust with flour, knocking out excess. Set aside. In a small bowl, sift together flour, soda, salt, and spices. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine Torani Syrup, sugar and eggs. Beat until well-blended. Add pumpkin, oil and water and mix well. Add dry ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined. Distribute batter into the 3 loaf pans evenly- should fill a little over half way. Bake in middle of oven until golden brown and a wooden pick or skewer comes out clean, about 50 minutes.
