Tropical Marinade for Fish


1/2 cup Torani Pineapple syrup

1/4 cup Torani Passion Fruit syrup

2 Tbsp. sherry

2 Tbsp. peanut oil

1 tsp. each grated ginger root, curry powder

1/2 tsp. ground cardamom


In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Reserve some of the marinade to drizzle over the fish after it is cooked.
