Salted Caramel Cheesecake Bars


18 graham crackers

1 stick unsalted butter, melted

3 8oz. packages of cream cheese, room temperature

4 eggs

1 cup Torani Salted Caramel Syrup, divided


Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9” x 13” or similar sized pan with baking spray. In a food processor crush graham crackers completely. Add melted butter and combine until mixture resembles wet sand. Press into the baking pan as a crust and bake for 10 – 12 minutes until slightly golden and dry. Cool crust completely. Using a stand mixer or hand mixer with a whisk attachment beat cream cheese, eggs and 3/4 cup Torani Salted Caramel Syrup. Pour mixture over the crust. Pour remaining 1/4 cup syrup over the batter and using a knife slowly swirl in mixture. Bake 35 minutes until mixture is set. Cool bars in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours. Cut into desired rectangles.
