Pink Grapefruit Vinaigrette
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Torani Ruby Red Grapefruit syrup*
1 tsp. grated orange zest
2 Tbsp. champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/2 tsp. salt, Freshly ground pepper to taste
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Combine all ingred except olive oil in a small mixing bowl. Slowly whisk in the olive oil. Makes 1/2 cup. *can use Orange, Lemon or Lime syrup also
