Add peppermint syrup to your glass and brew an espresso shot into a glass. Add the hot chocolate powder, add hot water and mix until well blended. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream into each serving glass. Pour the peppermint espresso mixture over the icecream. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.
