Lychee Mojito


6 mint leaves

3/4 oz. Torani Lychee Syrup

1/2 oz. fresh lime juice

2 oz. light rum


1-2 oz. soda water


Add first 5 ingredients listed above in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and pour (including ice) into a highball glass. Top off with soda water. Garnish with a lime, if desired.
