Ingredients
1/2 green kiwi fruit, peeled
1 Tbsp (1/2 oz) Torani Ginger Lemongrass Syrup
1 Tbsp (1/2 oz) fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz. Hendricks Gin
soda water
ice
Instructions
Muddle kiwi with lime and syrup in shaker glass. Add gin and ice. Shake well and pour into a Collins glass. Top with soda. Garnish with a kiwi wheel.
