Florida Mojito


2 tbsp (1 oz) Torani Ruby Red Grapefruit Syrup

10 mint leaves

1/2 lime, cut into wedges

3 tbsp ( 1 ½ oz) Bacardi Rum

4 1/2 oz. sparkling water or club soda


Muddle syrup, mint and lime in a highball glass. Fill glass with ice and add rum and soda water. Garnish with freshly spanked sprig of mint.
