The Floating Evil Witch
Ingredients
2 tbsp (1 oz) Torani Green Apple Syrup
1 cup (8 oz) sparkling water
2 tbsp (1 oz) Torani Grape Syrup
1 cup (8 oz) heavy whipping cream
1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Instructions
For Purple Whipped Cream: Combine Torani Grape Syrup and heavy whipping cream in a chilled metal bowl. If desired, add food coloring to enhance the purple color. Whip until stiff peaks form. Set aside. For Float: Scoop ice cream into bottom of glass. In separate glass, combine Torani Green Apple Syrup and sparkling water. Slowly pour soda over ice cream. Using a piping bag with a star tip, pipe purple whipped cream on top. Garnish, serve & enjoy! Instructions for drink toppers: Witch Toppers
