4 Tbsp (2 oz.) Torani Puremade Zero Sugar Hazelnut Syrup

4 Tbsp (2 oz.) grass-fed butter

2 Tbsp (1 oz.) MCT oil

2 (13.5 oz.) can full fat unsweetened coconut milk


Pour coconut milk in a small pot and warm over low heat on the stove top. Stir to mix fat and liquid. Add collagen peptides and stir until dissolved. Add grass-fed butter and MCT oil. Continue to stir. Pour all into a into a blender and add Torani Puremade Zero Sugar Hazelnut Syrup. Blend for 2 minutes. Transport to storage bottle and shake. Allow it to cool on the counter while shaking periodically, then store in the fridge.
