It’s Official! You can now drink your Patriotism! Now that’s our cup of tea. We love July for its hot summer days, endless pool and beach days, BBQ's, picnics, etc etc etc. What's special about Independence Day is taking all of the summer goodness and combining it into one fun-filled experience. Whether you're working the grill or relaxing in the summer weather, here are fun and patriotic drinks to cool you down.

Rocket Layered Soda

  • Red Layer: 2 Tbsp (1 oz) Torani StrawberrySyrup
  • White Layer: 1/2 cup (4oz) lemonade
  • Blue Layer: 2 Tbsp (1 oz) Torani Blue Raspberry Syrup
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz) sparkling water


Fill tall glass with ice. Pour Torani Strawberry Syrup (red layer) into glass. Gently cascade lemonade (white layer) over the back side of a spoon. Mix the blue layer in a separate container with a pour spout (like a measuring cup). Cascade blue layer mixture over the back side of a spoon. Don't forget to add your fun straw, sip and enjoy!

  • Patriotic soda flavors. See list below!
  • Bottle pumps
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Fun garnishes: cut fruit like watermelon, strawberries, blueberries
  • Red, white, blue striped straws

Make a patriotic refreshing treat. Add a bit of vodka or rum to make it adult-friendly.

More sweet treats that will have you saying “YUM!" This is an easy recipe to make a day before.

  • 1 Tbsp (1/2 oz) Torani Blue Raspberry Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp (1/2 oz) Torani Coconut Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp (1 oz) Torani Cherry Lime Syrup
  • 3/4 cups of water, divided into 3


Combine Torani Blue Raspberry Syrup with ¼ cup of water and freeze as one layer in a ice pop mold. Freeze for one hour or until liquid has frozen completely. Repeat this step for each layer, using Torani Coconut Syrup and Cherry Lime Syrup. 
To scale up to make several pops, keep ratio of 1 part Torani to 1 part water. Mix and match different flavors!

Raspberry Gin Refresher

  • 2 Tbsp (1 oz) Torani Raspberry Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp (1 oz) lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp (1 ½ oz) gin
  • 3 Tbsp (1 ½ oz) lemon-lime soda


Shake and strain ingredients into tall glass. Fizz with lemon-lime soda.
