Summer is here - you’re hot, parched and in desperate need of a refreshing mocktail.  Going sans alcohol shouldn’t mean sacrificing flavor and fun! Here are 10 recipes that we can guarantee will keep you cool, hydrated and having much fun - whether you’re isolated or not!
 
 

Sugar Free Citrus Raspberry Sparkler

Ingredients


2 cups sparkling soda
4 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp Torani Sugar Free Red Raspberry Syrup
3-4 Mint leaves
Garnish: fresh raspberries
Ice cubes
 
Instructions
Pour 2 cups of sparkling soda per glass.  Add 2 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice in each glass.  Then add 2 tbsp of Torani Sugar Free Red Raspberry Syrup in each glass.  Give it a stir. Add ice cubes if desired and garnish the mocktail with fresh mint leaves and raspberries. Enjoy!
 
 
 

Tropical Mango Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients

1/4 cup Frozen Mango Chunks
1 tbsp Lime Juice
1/2 serving Torani Sugar Free Mango Syrup
1/2 serving Torani Sugar Free Coconut Syrup
8 oz Sparkling Water
Ice Cubes
1 mint leaf

Instructions
Stir mango chunks, lime juice, Torani Sugar Free Mango & Coconut Syrups, and sparkling water together.  Add ice cubes to the prepared drink and top with a mint leaf.   Enjoy!
 

Green Apple Kombucha Slushy

Ingredients

16 oz Kombucha Plain & Unflavored
4 tbsp Torani Green Apple Puremade Syrup
1 tbsp Lime Juice
2-4 Cups Ice

Instructions
Start by adding the ice to a large blender jar.  Pour the Kombucha (original unflavored) over the ice in the blender jar.  Add the Torani Green Apple Puremade Syrup to the blender jar.  Add the Lime Juice to the blender jar.  Place lid on blender jar and blend on low for 10-15 seconds until the desired consistency is reached.  Pour the Green Apple Kombucha Slushy into a glass and enjoy! For extra flair, cut a green apple into thin slices and place into each glass.
 

Blood Orange Mocktail

Ingredients

1 oz Torani Blood Orange Syrup
2 oz white grape juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
2-3 oz club soda or ginger ale
Blood Orange for garnish
Rosemary sprig for garnish

Instructions
Stir Torani syrup, white grape juice, lime juice, and club soda gently in a cocktail shaker or mixing glass.  Pour over ice.  Garnish with a blood orange slice and sprig of rosemary
 

Blackberry & Lavender Spritzer

Ingredients

1 cup lavender water*
4 tbsp Torani Blackberry Syrup
2 cups club soda
Fresh lemon juice
Lemon slices, for garnish
Ice

 
Instructions
For the lavender water:
In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water with 2 tablespoons dried lavender to a boil. Reduce the water to a simmer until the color of the lavender has boiled down and paled. Remove from the heat and let cool completely. Once cooled, strain the lavender buds from the water.  (You can also use Torani Lavender Syrup and water)
To make the mocktails:
  1. Place ice in each glass. Between two glasses add 2 tablespoons Torani Blackberry Syrup , ½ cup lavender water, 1 cup club soda, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Garnish with lemon slices if desired. Enjoy!
 
 
 

Blood Orange Mule Mocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Torani Blood Orange Syrup
3 - 4 oz Ginger Beer
Sparkling Water
Ice
Blood Orange for garnish ( regular oranges work too!)

Instructions
Add ice, Torani Blood Orange Syrup, ginger beer and sparkling soda water. Stir & garnish with a slice of blood orange, and mint or rosemary if you'd like!
