Raspberry Whipped Lemonade


1.5 Tbsp (0.75 oz) Torani Raspberry Syrup

12 oz. lemon flavored sparkling water


1 medium lemon

2 Tbsp white sugar

1/2 cup (4 oz.) whipping cream


Lemonade-flavored whipped cream made with a lemon oleo saccharum

Peel 1 medium sized lemon, and combine the peel with 2 Tbsp. white sugar in a small bowl overnight. The sugar will liquefy creating lemon flavored oleo saccharum from the oils in the peel. Remove the peels and whip the lemon oleo saccharum together with 1/2 cup whipping cream until foamy.

To prepare the drinks:

Fill two tall glasses 3/4 full with ice. Pour in 6 oz. lemon flavored sparkling water (like La Croix Limoncello) into each. Add 1 1/2 Tbsp. Torani Raspberry Syrup over the sparkling water. Squeeze one lemon wedge into each drink and stir gently/ Top each sparkling raspberry lemonade with scoops of the lemon whip. Enjoy (or photograph for Instagram, and then enjoy)
