Iced Rose Chai
Ingredients
3 tbsp Torani Rose Syrup (2 tbsp in cold foam)
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp chai or black tea
1/4 tsp chai masala (optional)
3/4 cup milk + 2 tbsp for cold foam
3 tbsp cold heavy whipping cream
Ice
Rose petals (optional)
Instructions
In a pot add water, tea chai masala, and Torani Rose Syrup and bring to a boil. Add milk and let it boil until it simmers up the sides of the pot and remove from heat. In a small jar, add heavy whipping cream, milk, and Torani Rose Syrup and close the jar. Shake the jar for 1-2 minutes or until you have a thick cold foam. Strain the chai into a tall ice-filled glass, top with rose cold foam, and sprinkle on some rose petals before enjoying! Recipe: Hetal Vasavada, @milkandcardamom
