Hot Fudge Topping

ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Torani Chocolate Milano syrup
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 oz. (1/4 cup) un-sweetened chocolate, chopped
Instructions:

In a double boiler, melt all ingredients. Heat until mixture thickens, stirring occasionally. Store in the refrigerator and reheat in a double boiler when ready to serve Makes 1 1/2 cups.
