Hibiscus Mojito

Ingredients

6 mint leaves, torn in half

3/4 oz. Torani Hibiscus Syrup

1/2 oz. lime juice

2 oz. 10 Cane Rum

Soda water

Instructions

In a shaker, combine mint leaves, Torani, lime juice and rum. Shake and strain into a hurricane glass over ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with a fresh hibiscus flower. Source: Sierra Zimei, Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco
