Blue Hawaii Cocktail


1 cup ice

2 oz unsweetened pineapple juice

1 oz Torani Blue Curacao

1 oz light rum

1 oz cream of coconut

Slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry, for garnish.


Place the rum, Torani Blue Curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut in a blender with the ice. Blend for fifteen seconds or until frothy. Pour into glass and garnish. Adapted from Field Guide to Cocktails by Rob Chirico.
