I started the Two Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization in 2013, with a mission to create opportunities for people of every ability to connect, work, grow, and thrive. We do business as Two and Company where we have a regular café and shops in the heart of Chagrin Falls, Ohio.

This was all inspired by my son Derek who taught me that we are not defined by a medical diagnosis, that all people deserve the same opportunities, and when high expectations and pathways are provided each person can achieve their full potential.  Our heartbeat at Two and Company is full integration for individuals of all abilities not only in the workplace, but beyond.

We have a team of dedicated educators and business minded professionals all working together to provide the latest in job training, job development, job placement, follow along supports and non-medical transportation services.  We have 85 companies hiring from us, and together we are changing minds and opening eyes of all that is possible for the many amazing people we serve.

We are so grateful for the support that Torani has provided for us.  Their amazing company has provided generous financial support for which we are so thankful!  Torani has allowed us to spend time meeting with their talented staff, who have provided great suggestions and insights on marketing, website design, recipes for beverages and much more.

We have just purchased a property in downtown Chagrin Falls.  We are beyond excited to have double the space, great visibility, foot traffic, adaptive playground, larger gardens, outdoor dining and much more.

 Our capital campaign is underway, and we hope to break ground early this fall. Our hope is that we will model that we are better together, we inspire meaningful change, we focus on each person’s strengths, and we provide excellence every step of the way.

We have a goal to raise $4,000,000 to pay for the building, and the renovations that are needed to create the flagship location for Two and Company.  This has been a faith-based journey and we are excited to see how this all comes to be!  If you have a heart to join our movement, please click here.
