Summer is coming to an end, and we’re beginning to feel that slight autumn chill in the air. A lot of things come to mind whenever you think of fall – apples, leaves falling from the trees, the school year beginning – but for us, one of our favorite things is Pumpkin! We know that a lot of our Torani fans love pumpkin just as much as we do, so we decided to come up with our five favorite pumpkin goodies to celebrate the season with! We hope you enjoy!

So let’s start counting down!

5. Pumpkin Spice Bread

While our syrups are known best for making delicious handcrafted beverages, Torani can also be used in baking. Create a yummy treat with the warm spices of fall for you and your family to enjoy.

Ingredients:

1 ¼ cup Torani Pumpkin Spice Syrup

2 cups sugar

4 eggs

1 can (16 oz) pumpkin filling

1 cup vegetable oil

1/3 cup water

3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

2 Tsp baking soda

2 Tsp salt

1 Tsp ground ginger

1 Tsp ground cinnamon

1 Tsp ground nutmeg

½ Tsp ground clove

Preheat the oven to 350. Grease three 9x5x3 loaf pans, then dust them with flour. Set them aside.

Sift together flour, soda, salt and spices in a large bowl, then set them aside. In another large bowl, combine Torani, sugar and eggs, and beat until well-blended. Add pumpkin, vegetable oil and water and mix well. Add dry ingredients and stir until combined. Distribute the batter into the three pans evenly, then bake for about 50 minutes until golden brown.

4. Sparkling Pumpkin Cider

The combination of the classic fall flavors of pumpkin, apples and cinnamon, along with that delicious surge of champagne, will make this an annual tradition to make those autumn evenings even more fun.

Ingredients

6 Tbsp (3 oz) champagne or sparkling wine

1 Tbsp (1/2 oz) Torani Pumpkin Spice Syrup

1 Tbsp (1/2 oz) cane sugar (for garnish)
