INGREDIENTS

1 oz. Torani Coconut syrup
1 oz. lime juice
1-2 oz. light rum
3-4 mint sprigs
1-2 oz. sparkling water

INSTRUCTIONS

Muddle crushed mint with Torani. Add ice and rum and pour into a tumbler. Shake well and pour into a cocktail glass. Top with a splash of club soda.
