A Witch's Bleeding Heart
Ingredients
1 oz vodka
- chilled
- 1 Tbsp (1/2 oz) Torani Apple Syrup
- 1 tsp Torani Grenadine Syrup
- 3 oz Purple Viniq®
- chilled (use more
- if desired)
- dry ice (optional)
Instructions
Add about 1/2 - 1 tsp of powdered dry ice to the bottom of the glass. In a shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, Torani Apple Syrup, and Purple Viniq®, and stir gently with a long bar spoon to combine. Pour into martini glass with dry ice. Slowly squeeze 1 tsp of Torani Grenadine Syrup from a syringe about one inch from the surface of the drink - the syrup should sink to the bottom, creating a "bleeding" effect. **Please use caution when handling dry ice - make sure to use gloves & safety goggles. Do not consume dry ice until it has fully dissolved.
