Winter White Gin Fizz
Ingredients
4 tbsp (2 oz.) gin
- 2 tbsp (1 oz.) fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 oz. Torani Vanilla syrup
- 4 tbsp (2 oz.) milk or half and half
Instructions
Combine all but soda in a shaker glass. Add ice and shake vigorously until very foamy to activate the egg white. Strain into a tall chilled glass. Top with soda water.
Can be used with any 750mL Torani bottle
