Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cup Iced Mocha
Ingredients
2 espresso shotsÂ
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp Torani Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Cup Syrup
Ice cubesPeanut Butter Cup Soft Top:
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp Torani Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Cup Syrup
Instructions
Brew espresso over cocoa powder, stir well and allow to cool slightly. Fill a glass with ice cubes. Add Torani syrup first, then the cooled cocoa coffee and a layer of milk. For the whipped topping, whip heavy cream and Torani Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Cup Syrup until soft peaks form.Top the mocha with whipped cream, a dust of cocoa powder, and a drizzle of peanut butter.
