Spring Blossom Lychee Mocktail
Ingredients
2-3 mint leaves
1 strawberry- chopped
2 Tbsp Torani Lychee Syrup
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp white grape juice

Instructions
In a serving glass, gently muddle the mint leaves and chopped strawberry. Add the Torani Lychee Syrup, lemon juice, and white grape juice. Add ice. Add sparkling water. Garnish with canned (or fresh) lychee and mint leaves. Recipe: Rachael Ng
