Rose Bubble Milk Tea
Ingredients
1-2 tbsp Torani Rose Syrup (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup tapioca pearls
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup brewed black tea or green tea (chilled)
Ice
Instructions
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the tapioca pearls and stir gently. Cook the pearls according to the package instructions (5-7 minutes). After they float to the top, let them simmer for a few minutes, drain and then rinse. Let it sit in the brown sugar to sweeten and set aside to cool.
Brew green or black tea with boiling water. Then in a shaker or mixing glass, combine the brewed tea and Torani Rose Syrup. Stir or shake well to combine,
In a glass, add the cooked tapioca pearls at the bottom. Pour in the milk tea mixture, followed by ice cubes. Stir and enjoy!
