Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookie Balls
Ingredients
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp dry milk powder
1/2 cup flax seeds
2 Tbsp rolled oats
1/4 cup Torani Sugar Free Belgian Cookie Syrup
1/2 cup organic smooth unsweetened peanut butter
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and stir until well incorporated. Dough may be slightly sticky. Roll into 1 1/2 Tbsp sized balls with your hands. Refrigerate 1-2 hours on wax or parchment paper in order to allow balls to harden and become less sticky. Makes 12 - 14 balls.
