Strawberries w/ Balsamic Berry Sauce


1 cup Torani Strawberry Syrup

3/4 cup balsamic vinegar

2 pints fresh strawberries, quartered

Cracked black pepper, for garnish

Creme fraîche (optional)


Heat the syrup and vinegar in a small saucepan and simmer until reduced by half. Let cool completely. Divide the strawberries into four parfait glasses. Pour sauce over strawberries and garnish with cracked pepper and creme fraîche, if desired. Serves 4.
