Magical Butter Beer® Float


8 Tbsp. (4 oz) heavy whipping cream

8 Tbsp. (4 oz) cream soda, room temperature

2 Tbsp. (1 oz.) Torani Vanilla Syrup

2 Tbsp. (1 oz.) Torani Butterscotch Syrup

1 tsp butter, melted

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Whipped cream for garnish


In a container with a pour spout, combine heavy whipping cream, butter, Torani Butterscotch Syrup, and Torani Vanilla Syrup. Whisk until light and airy while slowly adding cream soda. Set aside. In your serving cup, add vanilla ice cream. Slowly pour Torani Butter Beer® mixture over ice cream until its reached the top. Garnish with whipped cream. Serve and enjoy.
