Lady Liberty Manhattan


2 Tbsp (1 oz.) Torani Puremade White Chocolate Sauce

2 Tbsp Whole Milk

3 Tbsp (1 ½ oz) Heavy Whipping Cream

1 cup (8oz) Ice cubes

4 Tbsp (2 oz.) Sweet Vermouth


For the Torani Cream
In a bowl, add the Torani White Chocolate Sauce, whole milk, and whipping cream. Using an electric hand blender, whip until thick but pourable. This cream should stay afloat the bourbon mixture.

For the Manhattan Coffee
Add 1 cup of ice cubes in a cocktail shaker or a tall glass; add bourbon and sweet vermouth. Shake or stir for 30 seconds. Add the cooled espresso in an 8-oz glass and strain the bourbon mixture into the glass. Gently pour the Torani cream on top of the Manhattan coffee and garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
