Frosty the Cashews

Ingredients

2 cups dry roasted cashews, salted

½ cup Torani Coconut Syrup

1/3 cup shredded coconut

1 tbsp coconut or granulated sugar

Instructions

Add Torani syrup into your skillet and cook over medium heat until it starts to bubble. Add cashews and stir frequently to completely coat nuts. Cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes, or until syrup reduces to a thick glaze. Remove from heat and quickly stir in enough shredded coconut to lightly coat the nuts. Spread cashews onto a sheet of parchment paper & sprinkle with sugar and remaining coconut. Allow to completely cool before serving.
