Bulletproof Cold Brew Coffee


1/2 cup (4 oz) cold brew coffee concentrate

1/2 cup (4 oz) water

1– 2 tsp MCT oil

1-2 Tbsp (1/3 oz) unsalted butter or grass-fed ghee

2 Tbsp (1oz) Torani Sugar Free Hazelnut Syrup


In a blender, combine water and cold brew coffee concentrate. Add 1 - 2 teaspoons of MCT oil (start slow – it’s powerful!) Add 1-2 tablespoons of unsalted butter or grass-fed ghee. Make sure your butter is unsalted. Salty coffee is gross. Blend for 20-30 seconds until completely emulsified. Pour into a mug & enjoy!
