Betty's Coconut Cream Pie
Ingredients
1/2 cup Torani Coconut Syrup
5 oz. (1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp.) Vanilla Jell-O® pudding powder
2-1/4 cups nonfat milk
1/4 cup coconut
Instructions
Pour mixed ingredients into graham cracker pie crust. Cook at 425 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until filling appears to be done. Cool and garnish with toasted coconut. (Alternatively, you may prepare banana cream pie by substituting Torani Banana Syrup and a freshly cut banana for the Coconut Syrup and coconut).
