Banana Cream Pie Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

1 cup non fat Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp (1 oz) Torani Creme de Banana Syrup

1 cup crushed vanilla wafers

2 ripe bananas, sliced

Garnish: whipped cream with extra vanilla wafers and coconut shavings

Instructions

In a medium bowl, stir yogurt and Torani Creme de Banana Syrup until well combined. Put vanilla wafers in a zipper bag and crush (as fine or coarse as you'd like). To assemble parfaits, add 1/3 of crushed vanilla wafers to the bottom of a glass or mason jar, top with ¼ banana cream yogurt and a layer of sliced bananas. Repeat for last 2 layers. Garnish with whipped cream and vanilla wafers.
