Ingredients
Latte Base:
1 tbsp Torani Puremade Pumpkin Pie Sauce
½ tbsp Torani Brown Sugar Syrup
2 espresso shots
8 oz milk
IceCookie Butter Foam:
1 tsp Torani Puremade Pumpkin Pie Sauce
½ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp milk
1 heaping tbsp cookie butter spread
Pinch of cinnamon
Tiny pinch of salt
Instructions
Combine 2 espresso shots, 8 oz milk, 1 tbsp Torani Puremade Pumpkin Pie Sauce, and ½ tbsp Torani Brown Sugar Syrup in a glass and stir until well blended. Fill the glass with ice. In a separate container, whisk or froth together ½ cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp milk, 1 heaping tbsp Biscoff spread, 1 tsp Torani Puremade Pumpkin Pie Sauce, a pinch of cinnamon, and a tiny pinch of salt until light and pourable. Pour the Cookie Butter Foam over the latte, garnish with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon if desired, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
