Pistachio Matcha Latte with Cold Foam
Ingredients
1 tbsp of Torani Pistachio Syrup
1 tsp matcha powder
2 oz hot water (~175°F)
6–8 oz milk (milk of choice)
IceCold Foam:
1/2 cup heavy cream
2-3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp Torani Pistachio syrup
Crushed pistachios
Instructions
Whisk 1 teaspoon of matcha powder with about 2 oz of hot (not boiling) water until smooth and slightly frothy. Add Torani Pistachio syrup to a glass with ice, then pour in 6–8 oz of milk. Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the milk to create a layered effect. For the cold foam: combine heavy cream, milk and Torani Pistachio syrup in a cup and whisk until creamy. Adjust sweetness to taste. Spoon it over the latte and top with crushed pistachios. Stir, sip & enjoy!
