Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila (blanco works best)
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz Torani Pineapple Syrup
- ¼–½ oz agave syrup (optional
- to taste)
- 2–3 slices fresh jalapeño
- Chili-lime seasoning (for rim)
- Ice
- Optional garnish: pineapple wedge + lime wheel
Instructions
Rim your glass with lime juice and dip it into chili-lime seasoning. In a shaker, muddle the jalapeño slices gently to release the spice. Add tequila, fresh lime juice, Torani Pineapple Syrup, agave (if using), and ice. Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled. Strain over fresh ice into your prepared glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and lime wheel.
