Ingredients
- 1 oz. mezcal
- 1 oz. Torani Ruby Red Grapefruit Syrup
- 1 dash Scrappy's cardamon bitters*
- sparkling wine
- chilled
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine, and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe and top with sparkling wine. * Don't have Scrappy's cardamom bitters?
