2 tbsp Matcha Powder
6 oz Milk of Choice
Ice
0.75 oz Strawberry Syrup
2 oz Heavy Cream
0.5 oz Milk
Instructions
To make the foam, whisk together heavy cream, milk, and strawberry syrup. Add the rest of the ingredient to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the Frappe into a glass and top with strawberry foam.Â
