Iced Horchata Latte
Ingredients
2oz of espresso
1/2 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 tablespoon Torani Caramel Sauce
¼ cup of cold horchata (can be store-bought or homemade)
Ice cubesFor the Cinnamon Cold Foam: (makes 2-3 servings)
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons of Torani Vanilla Syrup
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Brew your espresso and let it cool slightly.
In a glass, pour Torani Caramel Sauce, add ice and pour in your brewed espresso, milk and horchata.
For the cold foam, whisk together the heavy cream, Torani Vanilla Syrup, and ground cinnamon until it thickens.
Spoon the cinnamon cold foam over your iced horchata latte and drizzle with extra caramel sauce if desired
