2 Tbsp. Torani Tangerine syrup

1 tsp. grated lemon zest

2 Tbsp. champagne or white wine vinegar

1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard

1/2 tsp. salt

Freshly ground pepper to taste

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
