Cosmic Vanilla Sparkler
Ingredients
.5 oz. Lime juice
.5 oz. Prestige de France Brut Sparkling Wine
.75 oz. Torani Vanilla Salt Syrup
1.5 oz. Gran Centenario Repasado Tequila Oro
Instructions
Combine tequila, Torani syrup and lime juice in a champagne flute, stirring gently to blend. Slowly pour chilled champagned over the back of the spoon to gently float it atop. For an added touch, garnish with cotton candy on top.
