Cookie Butter Milk Punch
Ingredients
2oz Torani Cookie Butter syrup
8oz apple juice
5oz cold brew concentrate
1.5oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp or .5g ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp or .5g kosher salt
6oz whole milk
Thinly sliced apple- for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Combine the apple juice, cold brew, syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt in a carafe. Stir to combine.Â
Pour the milk into a separate, larger carafe and then add the apple juice mixture to it. Stir gently to form curds and then leave it to rest for 15 minutes. Pour the mixture through a coffee filter or double-layered cheesecloth. Repeat and double clarify by pouring the filtered liquid back through the curds.Â
If using, thinly slice 1/4th of an apple and then trim the slices until they’re all the same size. Fan out the slices and spear them through the center with a cocktail skewer. Chill and serve the drink on ice with the apple garnish. This recipe makes 2-3 servings.Â
