Ingredients
  • Coffee Jelly:
    2 Tbsp hot water
    1 (.25 ounce) package unflavored gelatin
    2 cups fresh brewed coffee
    3 Tbsp white sugar
    Drink:
    8 oz milk of choice
    2 Tbsp Torani Puremade Vanilla Salt
    2 shots chilled espresso

Instructions

1. Make the Coffee Jelly: Combine hot water and gelatin in a small bowl. Stir until dissolved. Add coffee and sugar, bring to a boil, and pour into a shallow dish. Chill for 6 hours or until set. Cut into cubes.
2. In a tall glass, add chilled coffee jelly.
3. Froth milk and Torani Puremade Vanilla Salt, then pour over the jelly.
4. Add chilled espresso on top. Stir well with a wide straw.

Can be used with any 750mL Torani bottle
