Chocolate Covered Raspberry Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 1½ oz vodka
- 1 oz fresh espresso (hot)
- ¾ oz Torani Puremade Raspberry Syrup
- ½ oz Torani Puremade Chocolate Milano Syrup
- ¼ oz coffee liqueur (optional
- for depth)
- Ice
Garnish (optional)
- Fresh raspberries
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder
- 3 espresso beans
Instructions
Add the hot espresso, vodka, Torani Puremade Raspberry Syrup, Torani Puremade Chocolate Milano Syrup, and coffee liqueur (if using) into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and a creamy foam forms. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a few fresh raspberries and a light sprinkle of chocolate shavings or cocoa powder. Add three espresso beans on top for a classic espresso martini touch.
