This year marks a unique celebration for Torani—our 100th anniversary—and we’re inviting you to take part in the magic! We’re kicking off a new chapter of flavor with an immersive and whimsical event that brings our story to life: our first ever pop up, The Flavor Factory Experience.

From April 11–13, 2025, our doors will open in the neighborhood where it all began, San Francisco’s historic North Beach. In 1925, Torani founders Rinaldo and Ezilda Torre introduced Torani to local North Beach cafes and restaurants. Now, a century later, we're bringing the past, present, and future of flavor together in a multi-sensory, interactive celebration of flavor.

The Flavor Factory is not just an event—it’s an imaginarium of taste, creativity, and connection. Inside this free, three-day pop-up, guests will explore a vivid and whimsical world designed to awaken their inner flavor fanatic.

First, time travel with your taste buds: sample our newly re-released throwback flavors, Black Anisette and Tamarindo, reminiscent of Torani’s early days. Check out our first merch line, uncover your flavor future at the “Pouroscope”, and take home some surprise goodies to keep the fun going!

With guidance from our expert syrup sommaliers, build your own custom drink using a flavor-matching quiz and a curated array of flavors. Whether you go bold, fruity, or rich, create a drink that showcases you! 

This past November, Torani released its 2025 Flavor of the Century, Diamond. We’re proud that Diamond is donating proceeds from every sale through December to organizations that create opportunity in underserved communities. Organizations Diamond supports are uplifting youth, adults with developmental disabilities, and justice-impacted individuals. In our pop up’s interactive installation, drop a “diamond” into a life size bottle, watching your impact come to life.

As we return to North Beach, we’re not just celebrating 100 years. We are recognizing the people, partners, customers and everyone in between who have supported our journey. “This celebration is our way of sharing the magic of flavor with the community that’s made it all possible,” says Torani CEO, Melanie Dulbecco. “Flavor and our people are the heart of Torani.”
